I, the artist, may change the guidelines/terms and conditions of my art commissions at any time without warning.Info
I reserve rights over the commissioned piece throughout the process of creation and thereafter. This means I have the right to upload the piece on social media and share it with others and make merchandise of the work if I choose.Usage
Any artworks created are for personal use only, not commercial. My creations may be used for personal cups, bags, t-shirts, and other products, with my permission. You may create these products with my art ONLY if that art was commissioned by you, you have been granted permission by me, AND the products you’ve created are for not for commercial use. You may not sell anything that includes my work. For commercial licensing, please contact me. Under no circumstance can my artwork be used for AI or NFT purposes.Timeframe
Commissions typically take me about 2-3 days, 2 weeks at most. If I have still not finished the commission by the 2 weeks guideline, I will refund 15% of the commission. To push your commission to the top of my priority list, an extra fee will be charged and discussed at the time of commissioning.Completion
All clients will receive an HD image file of the original artwork. Image files will be hosted on Google Drive available for the customer to download for at least one week before being deleted. Artwork will come as a file, not a print.PaymentI accept only PayPal as payment for current commissions. If you commission me, I will contact you and send you a payment request.Changes
If you choose to change the size, amount of characters, etc. after payment, there may be an adjustment of price to fit the value of your commission. You’ll be required to pay the difference in order to receive your commission.Refunds and Decline
I hold the right to decline drawing something if I’m not comfortable drawing it. If such a thing occurs after you’ve already paid, I can provide a refund. If you happen to send the wrong amount of money, I will refund it and pause the commission process until the correct amount is received. I normally send payment requests to stop this scenario from occurring. These are normally the only occurrences that I provide refunds.Process
First, I will request the entire payment upfront, this is for my protection as the artist to prevent scams. Small changes to the artwork can be made throughout the process with no additional cost.
Progress pictures of the commission will be provided throughout the process, this is when small changes can be requested.By commissioning me, you agree that you have read, understood, and will follow these terms.
